WorkInsight grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the WorkInsight in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

The user shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. The user shall not sublicense, lease, sell, or distribute the software without explicit written consent from WorkInsight.

The software and any accompanying documentation are the intellectual property of WorkInsight and are protected by copyright laws.

WorkInsight may provide support and maintenance services, subject to separate agreements and fees.

The software is provided "as is" without any warranty, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

WorkInsight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

WorkInsight reserves the right to terminate the license if the user breaches any of the terms and conditions.

This agreement is governed by the laws. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between WorkInsight and the user and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
